Hunza tours from local travel experts
A Hunza Valley tour usually covers Attabad Lake, Passu Cones, Baltit and Altit Forts, Eagle’s Nest and the Karakoram Highway up to Khunjerab Pass, the world’s highest paved border crossing. Most travellers spend 5 to 7 days in Hunza alone, or 8 to 12 days combining Hunza with Skardu or Fairy Meadows. We plan every trip privately, around your own dates and pace, for overseas Pakistanis, foreign travellers, families and couples, alongside our wider Pakistan tour packages.

Plan your Hunza Valley trip

Fly Islamabad to Gilgit (a short, scenic, weather-dependent flight), then drive about 2.5 to 3 hours to Karimabad on the Karakoram Highway. Fastest and most comfortable for families and elders, and we always build a road backup for delays.
Islamabad to Hunza is a full day, roughly 12 to 14 hours, so we break the journey overnight at Besham or Chilas. The KKH itself is one of the great mountain drives on earth, past Nanga Parbat and along the Indus and Hunza rivers.
International travellers usually fly into Islamabad first. We arrange airport pickup, a recovery night, and onward flights or private transport to Hunza. Read the full how to get to Hunza guide.
