Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all bookings made with ToursInPakistan (TOURSINPAKISTAN (SMC-Private) Ltd), Karachi, Pakistan. By confirming a booking or making a payment, you agree to these terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy and our Privacy Policy. Please read them before you book.

1. Bookings and Payments

  • A booking is confirmed once we receive your advance payment and send written confirmation.
  • At least 50% of the package price is due at confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid before the trip begins [CONFIRM: before departure or X days before?].
  • Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash or cheque. Please keep your payment receipt. Package prices are quoted net and exclude government taxes unless stated. If you need a tax invoice, tell us when booking and we will add the applicable tax.
  • Prices are based on current fuel prices, exchange rates and supplier rates. If these change significantly before your trip, we will tell you about any price change before it applies.

2. Hotels and Accommodation

  • Hotels named in your itinerary are subject to availability. If a hotel is unavailable, we will offer a hotel of a similar standard and tell you before your trip.
  • Rooms are on twin or double sharing for private tours unless you request otherwise. Triple or quad rooms may use an extra bed or mattress.
  • Shared rooms are for married couples, families, or two guests of the same gender.

3. Travel Documents

  • Every traveller must carry their original CNIC or passport, and foreign nationals must carry a valid Pakistan visa.
  • You are responsible for making sure your passport, visa and any required permits are valid. We can guide you, but final approval rests with the authorities.
  • For Umrah and international trips, visas and approvals are subject to the rules of the relevant government.

4. What Is Not Included

Unless your itinerary says otherwise, packages do not include entry tickets to forts and national parks, flights, travel insurance, meals not listed, tips or personal expenses.

5. Changes to Your Trip

  • If you want to change your dates or itinerary, contact us as early as possible. Changes depend on availability and may change the price.
  • We may need to change routes, hotels or timings because of weather, road conditions, flight cancellations or safety concerns. We will always explain the change and choose the best available alternative.

6. If We Need to Cancel

We may cancel a booking if the full payment is not made on time, if travel becomes unsafe, or for reasons beyond our control. If we cancel for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund or new dates. For fixed-departure group tours, a minimum number of travellers is required [CONFIRM: number]. If this is not reached, you can choose a full refund or move to another departure date.

7. Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays, changes or extra costs caused by events beyond our control, including bad weather, landslides, road closures, flight cancellations, strikes, government restrictions, natural disasters or vehicle breakdowns. We will always do our best to support you and find alternatives.

8. Your Responsibilities

  • Please arrive on time for pickups and departures, and follow the guidance of your driver and guide, especially on mountain roads.
  • Respect local customs, other travellers and the environment. Littering may result in a charge.
  • Illegal drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited.
  • We may end the trip for any traveller whose behaviour puts others at risk, with no refund for the remaining services.

9. Health, Safety and Insurance

  • Please tell us about any health conditions, mobility needs or medication before your trip so we can plan suitably.
  • We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers medical treatment, evacuation and cancellation.
  • Within the limits of the law, ToursInPakistan is not liable for personal injury, illness or loss or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our own negligence.

10. Unused Services and Leaving Early

No refund is given if you leave the trip early or choose not to use any included service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on our website at the time of your booking applies to your trip.

12. Contact and Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
