If you cancel a private tour with ToursInPakistan, we deduct a 10% service charge [CONFIRM] and refund the rest, minus any non-refundable hotel, transport or flight costs. Instead of a refund, you can move your booking to new dates within 3 months [CONFIRM] with a lower 5% service charge [CONFIRM]. Fixed-departure group tours follow a separate scale based on how close to the trip you cancel.
Send your cancellation in writing by WhatsApp (+92 314 814 8469) or email (info@toursinpakistan.com). The date we receive your message is the date we use to calculate any refund.
A 10% service charge [CONFIRM] on the total package price is deducted, plus any hotel and transport cancellation charges listed below.
You can move your booking to new dates within 3 months [CONFIRM] of the original booking, with a 5% service charge [CONFIRM]. The new package price may change depending on the season (off, shoulder or peak) of your new dates.

Some hotels do not offer refunds and only allow a change of dates within the next calendar year. We will tell you before you book if any hotel in your itinerary has this rule.

Domestic flights, international flights and permits follow the airline’s or issuing authority’s own rules. Any refund depends on what they return to us.

Mountain weather, landslides and flight cancellations are outside anyone’s control. If they affect your trip, we will first try to adjust your route, hotels or dates. Refunds for affected services follow the hotel and transport rules above. Extra costs caused by delays, such as additional nights or a road journey instead of a flight, are paid by the traveller, and we will always explain them before arranging anything.
No refund is given for services that are included but not used during the trip, such as a jeep ride, day visit or meal.
If ToursInPakistan has to cancel your trip for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid, or you can choose new dates.
Approved refunds are made by bank transfer within 14 working days [CONFIRM] of the cancellation being confirmed.
